Questions people ask
Is roof cleaning safe for my tiles?
Yes. We never jet wash roofs. The moss is dry-scraped off by hand, then a biocide treatment kills off what’s left and stops it coming back.
Do I need to be home?
No, as long as we can get to the outside of the property and have access to an outside tap.
How long does a driveway take?
Most driveways are done in a day. Larger drives, or ones that need re-sanding, can take a little longer. We’ll tell you when we quote.
What does the 4-year guarantee cover?
If moss grows back on a roof we’ve cleaned and treated within four years, we come back and sort it.
Are you insured?
Yes, we’re fully insured for every job.
